Session 1:

Transformational Leadership

Session Summary:

This session will focus on the specific behaviors that are associated with effective leadership in a variety of contexts. We will review various approaches to understanding leadership with an emphasis on transformation leadership theory – the single most researched theory of leadership that has been validated in both laboratory and field settings.

Participants will be asked to develop 3-5 behavioral goals that apply the principles of transformational leadership to their own setting.
