Statement of Services
I am a board-certified neuropsychologist who provides neuropsychological assessment and consultation services for adults who are 18 years of age and above. I have extensive experience in providing assessment services for a number of different neurological conditions including traumatic brain injury (mild to severe), stroke/cerebrovascular accidents, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, multiple sclerosis, brain tumours, and epilepsy. Beyond assessment, I am passionate about recovery and rehabilitation. I provide evidence-based interventions for individuals who are experiencing cognitive related difficulties. My empirically supported approaches include mindful-based attention training, goal-management training, and memory-related compensatory training.
I also provide psychological assessment and therapy for a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, pain, and adjustment-related difficulties. I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals. I primarily draw upon a cognitive-behavioural orientation, but also often incorporate other modalities such as motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and techniques from cognitive rehabilitation.
