Statement of Services
My first goal with any of my clients is to co-create a strong, supportive relationship, so that we can work together to achieve the client's personal goals; learn new skills; heal old wounds, cope with, manage, and master difficult feelings and emotions; entertain new perspectives, build resilience and ultimately, thrive and flourish.

I have a specific interest as well as extensive experience in working with young adult (university-age) clients, as well as adults across the life-span.

I have particular interests in helping individuals with issues and problems related to the workplace: work-stress, burn-out, return-to-work planning.

I have extensive experience in helping clients with anxiety-based problems, including, generalized anxiety, panic, health anxiety, agoraphobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety and eco- or climate anxiety.

In treating many emotion-based problems and PTSD I use Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) as well as EMDR

I facilitate and coach Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT) for Individuals.
