Statement of Services
Dr. Ian's approach is eclectic, which includes theories and practices from Interpersonal Neurobiology, Experiential Process, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies all within a Christian worldview. Individual therapy is tailored specific to every individual. Our hope is that you will perceive us as fully present during your session, as fully attuned with you (that you would "feel felt"), and as fully resonant (i.e., feeling of compassionate concern, genuine interest, and engagement) with your thoughts and feelings.

Our approach is simple but not simplistic. We attempt to be an instrument of Christ through which the Holy Spirit can work. Through personal prayer, Bible Study, and a deliberate daily commitment to Christ, we yield to Christ and make ourselves available as an instrument through which the Holy Spirit may work to comfort, teach, guide, or heal those who are seeking help. We strive to always conduct our services in a caring and compassionate way and are directed by God every step of the way.
