Statement of Services
I provide individual, couple, and family therapy. I have worked with individuals of diverse backgrounds with a variety of concerns, including: parenting (of child or of adult child dealing with mental health or other challenges), relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, coping with transitions and life stages, and abuse. I combine systemic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural approaches to assist individuals, couples, or families in analyzing their circumstances, identifying the factors and behaviours that contribute to their problems and the skills, strengths, and resources that can help them achieve their goals. I am fully bilingual in English- Spanish and have intermediate knowledge of American Sign Language.
