Statement of Services
My approach to psychotherapy employs a flexible form of CBT that incorporates elements of mindfulness and is tailored to your needs and goals. I will work with you to develop understanding of, and solutions for, your difficulties in a compassionate, empathic manner. I welcome all inquiries for therapy. I currently offer phone and internet-based appointments, typically on Wednesday afternoons only. I do not provide stand-alone psychological assessments.
